Compass Concierge


What if you could upgrade the condition of your home so that it would sell for more money in less time without paying any money upfront?

The Compass Concierge program is the latest in a suite of services designed to prepare your home for the market. From deep-cleaning to cosmetic improvements, we will work together to assess opportunities to elevate your home’s value.
Compass Concierge will provide you with a tailored plan for updating and staging your home, and the means to execute it. We will front the costs associated with home-selling improvements and only collect payment for the services rendered at the time of the property’s closing.

You will send all invoices to your Compass agent for payment by Compass; when your property closes during the term of the listing agreement, Compass Concierge will issue an invoice reflecting the total cost of services rendered. Payment will be collected using your preferred payment method either at the time of closing or at the one-year anniversary of your participation in the program, whichever comes first. In the event that your property does not sell or the listing agreement is terminated for any or no reason (including the property going off the market), Compass Concierge will collect any costs incurred by home improvement work performed.

*Some restrictions apply:
The program is available to all sellers with a listing agreement with Compass.
Properties that are short sales or foreclosures are not eligible for the program.
Structural or construction services are not covered. Prospective sellers interested in participating in the Compass Concierge program must review and execute the Compass Concierge service agreement outlining the program services.
For new residential resale listings under $3 million, up to $150k can be used if it is:
1. 5% or less of the list price.
2. The equity in the home is at least 2x the budgeted concierge amount.
3. The home will be ready to list within 3 months of when Concierge starts paying vendors.
